Best Foods of Hotel 71:

Canadian food has been the subject of years of unjust ridicule or simply outright ignorance, and it’s time to stop slandering. It’s also winter here for a good part of the year, so our best meals are casual meals.

Putin:

Probably the most famous cuisine in Canada, Putin combines French fries with gravy and cheese yogurt. The best potion we had was Bistro Le Sam, a restaurant in Chatio Frontenac.

Cripps:

Cripps is one of the most popular French cuisines in Quebec City. Try both sweet and fun. Then go to L’Scale Bistro et Crappery, which is in the Quartier du Petit Champlain and had to crepe with ham, cheese, mushrooms and Holandis, and sweet crepe with banana, strawberry, Nutella, and whipped cream. It was the best of both worlds.

Slices of meat:

We had a pick eater with us, but it was no problem because steaks and burgers are available on the menu of almost every restaurant. We tried the cheeseburger, prime ribs, fillet and rib eyes and liked it all. If you want a traditional steak dinner, we like Charbon Steakhouse.

Maple syrup:

I do not advise you to drink maple syrup but you must order something with maple syrup while you are in Quebec. And it’s an easy task. The maps of several restaurants, including Lapin Southee, have maple syrup and cream bras.

Maple Taffy:

In the winter some restaurants and cafes set up very few stands outside to make and sell maple toffee. This sweet treat is made by boiling maple syrup in ice. The cold frost made the sherbet thicker and turned the maple syrup into chewy candy.

Language:

From the federal government’s strict legal point of view, there are three main language classes in Canada: the official or “charter” language – French and English – recognized under the Federal Official Languages Act of 1969; Indigenous languages of indigenous peoples, nations traditionally spoken by First Nations, Matisse and Inuit that are not legally protected at the federal level and; Statistics Canada has been dubbed the term “immigrant language”, which does not enjoy official status in Canada but is still widely spoken.

Then, Parking instructions will be explained after you check-in. However, enjoy spacious accommodations include private, cliff-side haven sea views and the Mexican charm of the old world.
